Avéli® uses a unique Targeted Verifiable Subcision™ technique to identify and release the fibrous bands beneath the skin that contribute to cellulite dimpling.

1. IDENTIFY

Marks are made on the cellulite dimples while you are standing. After local anesthesia is administered, the Avéli® device is inserted through a small opening in the skin and guided beneath the surface. A built-in light helps the provider navigate to the targeted areas.

2. RELEASE

Once the specific septa responsible for a dimple are identified, the device's precision blade is used to release the band, allowing the skin to move more freely and the dimple to relax.

2. VERIFY

Unlike treatments that work without direct confirmation, Avéli® allows the provider to verify the release of the targeted septa in real time. This precision helps the provider address individual cellulite dimples rather than treating the area blindly.

A typical Avéli® treatment takes approximately one hour, including local anesthesia and the procedure itself.

When are results visible?

You may notice improvement once initial swelling and bruising begin to subside.

Most patients begin seeing noticeable improvement within approximately one month, with results continuing to refine as the treated areas heal.

What is it made of?

Avéli® is a sterile, single-use medical device designed for controlled release of the fibrous septa beneath the skin.

The device incorporates a handle and a distal treatment end with an integrated light source that helps the provider navigate beneath the skin. The dissecting component is made of stainless steel and includes a hook-and-blade mechanism used to identify and release the targeted fibrous bands.
