CANCELLATION & REFUNd POLICY

BOOKING:

Due to the nature of our medical appointments and time blocked off our book, a $25 fee will be applied to any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. If a deposit was made when booking your appointment, this can be transferred to your rescheduled time and used as credit towards your treatment.

 

NO GUESTS PLEASE:

Due to the nature of our services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We do not allow guests in our sterile medical suites.

 

LATENESS & NO SHOWS:

Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location and parking options. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Please understand that WE CANNOT RUSH APPOINTMENTS. Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic, parking, or any other personal emergency. Late arrivals will be canceled and charged a $25 cancellation fee. A new appointment will be required to book if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time. If you are a no-show your card on file will be charge with an automatic $25.00 fee.

 

SERVICES REFUND POLICY:

Velo Med Spa does not give any refunds for services that are paid for. A Velo Med Spa credit will be issued for a future service for the value of balance to be used within 1 year of purchase date.
