Immediately after treatment, you will experience erythema (redness) for 1-3 days, however for more aggressive treatments this may last longer. Slight to moderate swelling and a mild to moderate sunburn sensation are also common post treatment and may last 1-3 days. In some cases, bruising may occur. Skin may crust and peel for 2-7 days depending on patient and treatment settings. Specific aftercare instructions will be given to the patient the day of treatment.

Safe on all skin types up to and including fitzpatrick VI with very little risk of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) which is common with other resurfacing methods.

Although this is considered a minimally invasive facelift, we want patients to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible at their appointment. Our Doctor will prescribe oral sedation upon request, however, every patient will receive topical numbing before the treatment. The entire procedure (including numbing time) takes 1 hour and 30 min.
